I’m experiencing real grief over the death of my cat Katie. Out of 10 cats I’ve owned or lived with in my life, Katie was the best. We had a connection from the first moment I saw her at a pet shelter seven years ago. I couldn’t explain it in words. My other cat KC is doing what she can to help me, but she doesn’t have the same voodoo Katie had. Maybe that will develop as she gets older.

I do have some posts I want to do for today, but I’m simply too ripped apart to focus. I hope I will be in better shape by late morning. I’ll post then and update the fundraiser. I think $100 or so came in yesterday, which is much appreciated.
